cajifyo specializes in creating custom handcrafted items including leather accessories, wooden furniture, and metal artwork. All items are made to order using traditional craftsmanship techniques combined with modern quality standards.

Ordering and Payment

Custom orders require a consultation to discuss design, materials, and timeline. A deposit of 50% is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for payment.

Delivery and Timeline

Delivery times vary based on the complexity of your custom piece. Leather goods typically take 2-3 weeks, wooden furniture 4-6 weeks, and metal artwork 6-8 weeks. We will provide estimated completion dates during your consultation.

Quality Assurance

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with your custom piece due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will work with you to make it right within 30 days of delivery.

Custom Order Policy
